为满足海内外国际学生的汉语学习需求,华南师范大学国际文化学院开设应用性强的汉语课程。课程类别丰富,助力国际学生学好中文,了解中华文化。合理的课程设置,高强度的听说读写练习,灵活多样的操练辅助手段,纯语言的语言环境,使学生短期内在汉语听、说、读、写能力方面取得突破。通过一个学期的强化汉语班学习,中文水平考试(HSK)可以达到3-4级水平;通过两个学期的强化汉语学习,可以达到5级(180分)以上水平。
1. 基本条件
(1) 招生对象: 持有效外国普通护照的非中国籍公民且在中国境内汉语进修时长不超过2年者。
(2) 年龄要求: 18-40周岁(奖学金项目申请者,须符合各项目的年龄要求)。
(3) 身体状况: 身体健康,达到办理来华学习签证或居留证件的体检标准。
(4) 道德修养: 对华友好,品行端正,遵纪守法,尊重中国风俗习惯。
(5) 经济情况:能保证支付相应的学费、住宿费和日常生活开支。
2. 入学条件及申请材料
(1) 具有相当于中国的高中或以上学历。
(2) 最终学历证书原件或经过公证的复印件,应届生为预计毕业证明原件。中、英文以外的文本需提供公证过的中文或英文翻译件。
(3) 最终学历教育阶段全部课程的成绩单原件或经过公证的复印件。中、英文以外的文本需提供公证过的中文或英文翻译件。
(4) 有效的HSK证书或成绩单(如有)。
(5) 有效期6个月以上的护照扫描件。
(6) 近6个月免冠正面单人标准证件照片(与护照照片同尺寸)。

A. 必修课
① 普通班通用汉语课程:分为初级班、中级班和高级班,周课时20节,上课时间:周一至周五上午。

B. 选修课
职场中文个性化选修类课程,该类课程以细分职业、行业需求为导向,强调语言知识与实践应用技能相结合。通用汉语必修课程的学习者可以结合个人的职场需求以及不同课程的相关语言水平要求自主选修。
职场中文个性化选修课分为经贸汉语和旅游汉语,按学习者实际选修的课程门数收费,费用在通用汉语必修课程学费之外另计。该类课程下午授课,每门课程每周课时4节。
学校为丰富国际学生的学习体验,提升语言及文化素养,特增设免费选修课程,包括但不限于HSK考试辅导、粤语基础、中国文化类等相关课程,帮助学生拓展知识面、提升语言能力及跨文化适应力。具体课程设置、上课时间及地点等详细安排,将在开学后根据实际情况统一通知,请及时关注学校公告或相关教学通知。
6. 报名截止时间
(1) 春季学期,报名截止日期为每年1月15日。
(2) 秋季学期,报名截止日期为每年 7月15日。
(每学期招生学位名额有限,实行额满即止原则。当学位名额达到上限后,学校将不再受理报名申请,敬请尽早通过官方报名网址报名。)

8. 申请流程
为确保您顺利完成入学申请,现将申请流程规范说明如下,请您仔细阅读并依序办理:
1. 注册登录与申请提交
○ 请访问官方报名网址(http://istudy.scnu.edu.cn),注册个人账户。
○ 登录后在线填写个人信息,并按要求上传全部申请材料,确认无误后成功提交申请表。
2. 初审环节(处理时间约1-2周)
○ 学校将对提交的申请材料进行初步审核。
○ 初审通过者,将收到学校发送的缴费通知电子邮件。
3. 缴纳报名费(处理时间约1周)
○ 申请人须在收到缴费通知邮件后的15天内完成报名费支付,并按要求上传缴费凭证至招生系统。逾期未完成上述流程者,其本学期申请资格将视为无效,系统将作废相关申请记录。
4. 终审环节(处理时间约1周)
○ 学校确认收到报名费及凭证后,启动终审程序。
○ 终审通过者,学校将为其申请JW202表或DQ表。
5. 录取材料办理(处理时间约2-3周)
○ 完成JW202表或DQ表的申请及办理流程。
○ 学校将通过邮箱发放正式录取通知书及JW202表或DQ表。
6. 签证申请(自行办理)
○ 申请人自行下载并打印录取通知书、JW202表或DQ表,前往所在国的中国使领馆办理学生签证。
7. 注册报到
○ 请严格按照录取通知书及报到指南上的要求,到学校办理注册报到手续。
申请注意事项
l 请确保申请系统中填写的信息真实有效,上传的材料完整无误。一旦申请提交后,不再接受补充修改材料。
l 请上传所需文件,以完成申请程序,每个文档必须小于1M。
l 所有申请文件须以中文或英文提交。如原始文件非中文或英文,请提前进行专业翻译,并提供经合法公证机构公证的复印件,未经公证的文件将不予受理。
l 曾在中国境内学习过汉语的申请者,请根据实际情况如实填写相关在华学习经历,并上传护照首页、签证页、成绩单考勤证明(80%以上)、转学证明和出入境记录。
l 部分国家的国际学生需提交《无犯罪证明》和个人简历,具体要求将通过邮件通知,超过报名时间未提交材料者,申请资格将被取消。
l 一经录取,直至入学报到完成前,护照信息不可更改,不可变更国籍身份。

Non-Degree Chinese Language Program for International Students in School of International Culture, SCNU
In order to meet the needs of international students in learning Chinese, South China Normal University offers practical Chinese language courses. The rich variety of courses helps international students to master Chinese and understand Chinese culture. Our reasonable curriculum, intensive listening, speaking, reading, and writing exercises, flexible and diverse extracurricular support, and immersive language environment enable students to make significant progress in their Chinese language skills in a short period. After one semester of intensive Chinese classes, students can reach HSK levels 3-4; after two semesters, students can reach HSK level 5, specifically the C level (Scoring180) or higher.
1. Basic Requirements:
(1) Applicants: Non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign ordinary passports and the duration of language learning within China shall not exceed 2 years.
(2) Age requirement: 18-40 years old (Scholarship applicants must meet the age requirements of each program).
(3) Physical Condition: In good health, meets the health examination standards of applying for a student visa or residence permit in China.
(4) Moral cultivation: China-friendly, upright behavior, law-abiding, respectful of Chinese customs and habits.
(5) Financial Status: Able to cover the costs of tuition, accommodation, and daily living expenses.
2. Admission Conditions and Application Materials:
(1) Equal to high school qualification in China.
(2) Diploma of final education or Pre-Graduating Certificate, original or notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English Translation.
(3) Full transcripts of final education, original or notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English Translation.
(4) Valid HSK test report if available.
(5) A scanned copy of a passport valid for at least 6 months.
(6) Scanned copies of all visas in the passport (if applicable).
(7) A recent 6-month, full-face, standard passport-sized color photo.

A. Compulsory Courses
① General Chinese Program: Divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. 20 class hours per week, held in the mornings from Monday to Friday.

B. Elective Courses
Personalized vocational Chinese elective courses, demand-driven and tailored to specific professions and industries, emphasizing the integration of language knowledge and practical application skills. Students enrolled in the general compulsory Chinese courses may choose electives based on personal career needs and required language proficiency levels.
Vocational Chinese electives include: Business Chinese and Tourism Chinese
Fees for these courses are charged separately from the compulsory general Chinese program tuition, based on the number of courses selected. Each course is 4 class hours per week, held in the afternoons.
To enrich the learning experience of international students and enhance their language proficiency and cultural literacy, the university has specially introduced free elective courses. These include, but are not limited to, HSK Exam Preparation, Basic Cantonese, and Chinese Culture-related Courses, aiming to broaden students' knowledge, improve language skills, and foster cross-cultural adaptability. Specific course arrangements, schedules, and locations will be officially announced after the semester begins based on actual circumstances. Please stay updated through university announcements or relevant teaching notices.
6. Application Deadlines:
(1) Spring Semester: January 15 each year
(2) Fall Semester: July 15 each year

8. Application Process
To ensure a smooth application process, please follow the steps below carefully:
① Registration & Submission
Visit the official registration website (http://istudy.scnu.edu.cn) and create a personal account.
Log in, complete the online application form, upload all required documents, and submit.
② Preliminary Review (1–2 weeks)
The university will review your application materials.
Successful applicants will receive a payment notification email.
③ Application Fee Payment (1 week)
Pay the fee within 15 days of receiving the email and upload the payment receipt to the system.
Failure to complete this step will invalidate your application.
④ Final Review (1 week)
After confirming payment, the university will process your application.
Approved applicants will receive a JW202 or DQ form.
⑤ Admission Documents (2–3 weeks)
The university will issue an admission letter and JW202/DQ form via email.
⑥ Visa Application (Self-handled)
Download and print the admission letter and JW202/DQ form.
Apply for a student visa at the Chinese embassy/consulate in your country.
⑦ Registration
Follow the instructions in the admission letter to complete registration.
Important Notes
l Accuracy of Information: Ensure all details provided in the application are accurate and complete. No supplementary materials will be accepted after submission.
l Document Upload: Upload all required files to finalize your application. Each document must be smaller than 1MB.
l Language Requirements: All documents must be submitted in Chinese or English. If the original document is in another language, a professional translation and a notarized copy are required. Unnotarized documents will not be accepted.
l Prior Study in China: Applicants with prior Chinese language study experience in China must truthfully declare their study history and upload the following: passport bio-page, visa page, attendance records (≥80%), transfer certificates, and immigration records.
l Additional Requirements: Students from certain countries may need to submit a Police Clearance Certificate and a resume. Specific requirements will be emailed; failure to submit these by the deadline will result in disqualification.
l Passport & Nationality: Once admitted, passport details and nationality cannot be changed until registration is completed.
