一、报到时间、地点和流程
1.报到时间和地点
报到时间：2026年2月26日-27日上午09:00-12:00，下午2:30-5:30
报到地点：华南师范大学广州校区石牌校园国际文化学院一楼大厅
2.报到流程
已获录取资格并办理好学生签证的留学生，请持相关报到材料（录取通知书、外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202或DQ）、护照、保险证明[保险购买流程见附件]等）前来学校报到注册。

二、报到交通指引
1.白云机场：在机场乘坐地铁3号线至体育西路，再乘3号线至华师（天河客运站方向），从E出口至华师西门，然后直行约500米至国际文化学院。
2.广州南站：在南站乘坐地铁7号线至汉溪长隆，换乘3号线至华师（天河客运站方向），从E出口至华师西门，然后直行约500米至国际文化学院。
三、学费标准、交费方式、账户信息
l 学费标准：
普通班：8900元/学期；17000元/年
强化班：16500元/学期
备注：持X1签证入学的新生，须一次性缴清一年学费和保险费，方可申请办理居留许可。
l 交费方式：1.现金；2.银行转账
l 缴费币种说明：现场报到缴费请使用人民币；海外汇款缴费可使用美元。

备注：学费转账或汇款至华南师范大学银行账户时, 转账单上必须有详细清楚的付款人信息、收款人信息和具体的时间，务必备注本人的护照号码或申请编号以方便学校查证，具体以下面模板为准，否则后果自负。
l 转账金额要求
全额转账：请不要分批转账，必须一次性汇出全额学费。
金额准确：转账金额必须不含手续费（即手续费由汇款人自行承担，不要加在学费里一起汇出）。
l 转账凭证提交
1．转账完成后，请扫描银行出具的转账单据（汇款回单）
2．将扫描件上传/发送至指定邮箱：hscic7@scnu.edu.cn
l 账户用途限制
仅限学费：该账户只接收学费。
严禁混转：不要将住宿费与学费合并转账，也不要单独通过该账户缴纳住宿费。如操作错误，后果需自行承担。
四、签证
l 学校仅接受持有X1或X2签证的同学来校报到学习。
l 入境时间建议：
由于 X1 签证入境后的有效期仅为30天，建议您在报到日期的前一天或报到当天入境。
l 居留许可申请：
入境后，请务必在15天内准备好所有签证材料，并提交至签证受理办公室（A101）。
l 请严格遵守时间要求，逾期未办理者，责任自负。

五、住宿
校内留学生公寓房间按照申请顺序分配，目前已全部订满。请自行安排住宿。
l 建议您尽早开始寻找合适的校外房源。
l 签订租房合同前，请务必仔细阅读条款，并确认房屋的安全性和周边环境。

l 国际学生必须购买符合中国政府要求的综合医疗保险。
l 学校提供照相和手机卡售卖服务，持X1签证的同学可在报到现场拍照。
l 新生建议现场办理校园卡（工本费15元/人），可用于出入校园、食堂用餐等。请备好现金或支付宝转账。

2026 Spring Semester International Students Registration Guidance
Welcome to the School of International Culture, South China Normal University!
To ensure a smooth registration process for the Spring 2026 semester, please carefully review the following guidelines.
1. Registration Date & Place
Registration date：Feb 26 & 27，2026 ( 09:00-12:00，14:30-17:30 )
Registration place: 1st floor of School of International Culture (SIC)，South China Normal University (SCNU) Shi Pai Campus in Guangzhou
2. Basic Procedure of Registration
For all international students, please bring relevant materials(admission notice, JW202/DQ, passport, Insurance Certificate [Insurance Purchase Process See Attachment], etc) to SIC to register with X1 or X2 visa.

3. Transportation Guide
● Baiyun Airport: Take Subway Line 3 to Tiyu Xilu, then take Line 3 to South China Normal University (Tian He Coach Terminal Direction). Walk to SCNU west gate from Exit E and walk straight for about 500 meters to reach SIC.
● Guangzhou South Railway Station: Take Subway Line 7 to HAN XI CHANG LONG, then change to Line 3 to South China Normal University (Tian He Coach Terminal Direction). Walk to SCNU west gate from Exit E and walk straight for about 500 meters to reach SIC.
4. Tuition Fee Payment
l Regular class: RMB8,900/ semester; RMB17,000/year;
l Intensive class: RMB16,500 /semester
Note: Students holding an X1 visa must pay the full year's tuition and insurance fees upfront to apply for a residence permit.
Currency Information:
On-site Payment: Use RMB (Renminbi).
Overseas Remittance: Use USD (US Dollar).

Payment Details:
l When transferring or remitting tuition fees to the university's bank account, the transfer slip must clearly indicate the payer's information, payee's information, and the specific payment date.
l Remember to mark down your Passport number or application number correctly as the sample below while doing transaction to pointed university bank account. Unclear transactions are not acceptable.

l Transfer Amount Requirements
Full Payment: Do not transfer in installments. The full tuition fee must be remitted in one lump sum.
Accurate Amount: The transfer amount must exclude any handling fees (i.e., the remitter bears the handling fees and should not add them to the tuition fee).
l Transfer Voucher Submission
After completing the transfer, scan the bank-issued transfer receipt (remittance advice).

l Account Usage Restrictions
Tuition Only: This account accepts tuition payments only.
No Mixed Transfers: Do not combine accommodation fees with tuition payments, nor use this account to pay accommodation fees separately. Any errors in operation will result in consequences borne by the remitter.
5. Visa
l School Policy: The school only accepts students holding X1 or X2 visas for enrollment and study.
l Recommended Entry Time: As the validity period of the X1 visa is only 30 days after entry, it is recommended that you enter the country on the day before or on the day of your enrollment.
l Residence Permit Application: After entry, please ensure that all visa documents are prepared and submitted to the Visa Office (A101) within 15 days.
l Strict Compliance: Please strictly adhere to the deadlines. Failure to complete the procedures on time will result in personal responsibility.

6. Accommodation
The university dormitory rooms for international students are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are currently fully booked. Please arrange your accommodation independently.
l Recommendation: Start searching for suitable off-campus housing as early as possible.
l Before signing a lease agreement, carefully review all terms and confirm the safety and surrounding environment of the property.

8. Additional Notes
l Mandatory Insurance: All international students are required to purchase comprehensive medical insurance that meets the requirements of the Chinese government.
l Photography and SIM Card Services: The university provides photography services and SIM card sales. Students holding an X1 visa can have their photos taken on-site during registration.
l Campus Card: New students are advised to apply for a campus card on-site (a processing fee of 15 RMB per person applies). The card can be used for campus access and dining in the cafeteria. Please prepare cash or have Alipay ready for payment.
